La instalación para la producción de la leche vegetal (de soja) para la ganadería en Buenos Aires

La tecnología para la elaboración cereal y leguminoso en la instalación  TEK SM permite:
-conservar todo las sustancias útiles que contienen en leguminosas y cereales gracias al carácter unical de la tecnología de la elaboración;
-rebajar el precio de costa de la leche: casi en 4 veces en comparación con el coste de la leche hecha de la harida de soja;
- En 1,7-2,2 veces en comparación con el coste de la leche recibida por el modo tradicional por medio del vapor
- A 15-20% levantar la rentabilidad de la agritultura por el aumento del crecimiento y la reducción del precio de coste;
- A 3-5 veces reducir la energía para la preparación de los alimentos líquidos;
- Introducir en la mezcla forrajera durante su preparación las añadiduras necesarias minerales, biológicamente activas y medicinales.
Las instalaciones hidrodinámicas TEK-SM son idealmente adaptados para la producción líquido y pastoso de las mezclas forrajeras en base a la soya, el arvejo, el trigo, la cebada y otras culturas leguminosas.
LIQUID (WET) MIXED FEEDING PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT
USING of TEKMASH TECHNOLOGY ALLOWS:
- to increase a gain of bull-calves fattening in 150-200 grams per a day in comparison with the traditional scheme of feeding with additional feed on milk 5-7 l of 10% vegetable milk;
- to increase a gain of 2-4 monthly age pigs per  day in 50-80 grams in comparison with the traditional scheme of feeding at the expense of addition in a diet  1-2 l of vegetative milk;
- to increase lactation of cows in 2-2,5 l at the expense of addition in a diet 3-4 l of vegetative milk;
- to reduce in 10-12% the cost price of calves feeding at the expense of cow milk substitute into TEKMASHcheaper milk;
- to increase assimilation of feed  in 1,5-1,7 times using TEKMASH liquid mixed feeding in comparison with feeding by dry feeds;
- to add into mixed fodders while processing necessary mineral, biologically active and medicinal additives.
After processing of forages by ТЕКМАSH technology occurs:
-          transformation of inassimilable cellulose into invertase (sucrase);
-          increasing of amino acids assimilation at 30 % and more;
-          increasing of vitamins availability  in 2-3 times (without extra addition);
-          destruction of pathogenic flora and also decreasing of mycotoxins, ureases, tripsin inhibitor, etc. up to the safe level.
